• An Infrastructure Transition to greener and low carbon technology, compact cities and future-fitting, re-location, re-purposing and re-development to reduce waste, circulate the economy and secure ecological, economic and social sustainability.

As it challenges Asia as a global engine of growth and development, the process of industrialization will be of paramount importance for Africa to create decent work and a robust middle class.
